Lying about prices of vehicles is no way to get customers in the door. Neither is running someone's credit without permission. We would love to be able to buy local, but cannot believe the way we were treated in our own back yard!
Went for an oil change and got my car washed for free!
I'm a little disappointed in Ford right now, it is unbelievable that a company so big does not compensate you for gas that they had driven out of your vehicle driving it to and from Thompson from Augusta to diagnose a over heating problem. I took my truck in with a full tank of gas and when I pick it up there is less than half a tank. I spoke to service manager and they say they do not compensate or refuel your vehicle for diagnosis. The best customer service ever. If you looking to buy a car this is the place.
Called to confirm vehicle availability. Dealer invited me to see vehicle. Stopped by, Dealer was unable to locate vehicle. Dealer promised to have vehicle at lot precisely at 9am the following morning. I arrive early, am told the vehicle is at the "other Gerald Jones", not on lot as promised. We drive to the second lot, vehicle has been sold. Two wasted trips.
Took my car in to have it serviced. While waiting they called my husband and ask him if we wanted to trade. Was also hound dogged while I was there to trade it in.
