I'd rather not say what I'm thinking. But service was prompt and customer service was extremely polite.
I've had my 2014 mustang gt worked on by these guys. Everyone from the service reps to the mechanics have done an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!
Routine oil change, filter and tire rotation. The new facility changes look amazing and the service consultant was very friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour. Went there because they open an hour earlier than Fairway. I will definitely go back for oil change again. I've had work done there in the past (when it was Bobby Jones Ford) and was very unsatisfied. Now they are under a new name and management.
I have purchased more than 20 vehicles in my lifetime.. all from the Jones family except my first.. will never purchased from anyone else. Great place to do business!!

My truck broke down with 10'000 miles on it had it taken to them the week before thanksgiving guess where it's at now still there slowest service department. They are friendly but slow hope it gets done soon.
My first time at Gerald Jones Ford. Was a little reluctant to change dealers. I went in for a regular routine oil and filter and tire rotation. Was really trying to find something wrong with Gerald Jones Ford so that i could tell myself not to come back again and return to my previous ford dealer. So when the young veteran that works there checked me in, i was sold at the level of his enthusiasm he demonstrated. Oh yea the courtesy car wash did help some. Sold Mr. Rumboldt.
