Big kudos to Gerald Jones Ford!!! Took my truck in for service and they took a long time to complete the oil change, tire rotation, and change out wiper blades. When my truck was done the service rep apologized, told me that they had washed my truck AND that today's service was complimentary. That is exactly how a business should treat their customers. Thank you again!!!
They customer service suck they always tell u one thing over the phone and you come up hear it’s another or u check out and it’s another I hate ford period

Mr. Gerald Vest helped us when we were looking for a car last month. We have special needs because my husband uses a wheelchair and getting him and the wheelchair into a car is a challenge. Mr. Vest listened to my needs and worked with me to find a car that would meet those needs.
