Everything was handled prior to coming into the dealership since I was not local. They have very competitive prices. Christina and Jerry V. were a pleasure to work with. The customer service was great all around!
Looking for a new F-150, clicked on the link to receive their e-price. Response is basically to get me into the dealership asap, insulting my intelligence by saying that my best leverage is on the dealership floor. They need to realize that with the internet, there are internet customers who prefer to deal via email/phone/text! I'm working locally, but ended up buying from a dealership in South Carolina who dealt with me via internet/phone/text (and delivered the vehicle to me/picked up trade in, from over 100 miles away)!
I was given a written quote on the truck I wanted, called the next day for them to get it ready because I had the check for it in my hand only to be told the price was now $1250 more because I was not using their financing, no where did it say that in their proposal to me, typical car dealer tricks. You can't trust their written proposal or them
Check my car in because I have a noise in the back when we turned. They did some investigating and the part we needed was on backorder. They put out a search two other dealers and was able to find the part. Corey Baker did an excellent job of keeping me informed every step of the way. I did not have to call for information one time. I'm back in my car and happy as can be.
I had a warranty issue with and left this morning not happy. The manager called me back and offered to fix the issue. He was very kind and understanding. I appreciated the effort to make sure I received good service. Thank you for restoring my faith.
After buying my F-250 in Waynesboro, and receiving poor service when I brought it in for service I found y'all. Not only did you service my truck, you also we kind . I'll be bringing my truck back and referring you to anyone I know who has a truck that needs servicing. Thank you again.
I have been here several times for routine service and now a warranty service. Never had an issue. Great service and they will keep you in the loop. Also very military friendly!
