Came to look at a truck I had a scheduled appointment for to get there and the person I scheduled with not even be there and to have the truck sold already. So I guess for two hours before I got there nobody decided to tell anybody any information. Waisted my time.
They are willing to let a customer walk for $1467.34. What a shame. No wonder so many people go to Atlanta to buy cars and trucks.

Worst dealership I have ever experienced I even worked for for Gerald Jones Subaru/Volvo for two years and when a customer brought in there vehicle to be repaired we made sure it was done right the first time I have been to this dealership three times for the same issue trans fault and have left my wife on side of the road twice keep in mind the vehicle has 50,000 miles still under warranty but Gerald Jones Ford has failed to fix the same issue three times then they keep it for a week at a time never call to update me on veh... read more
