I just wanted to say how pleased me and my wife were with Gene Messer Chevrolet. Waited two hours for a minor fix because the technician was late to work. Arrived at 7 am for an oil change and 5 minute computer update for an airbag - left at 9. And they charged me for oil change. Awful.
