Barbara Brackeen- Best Dealership ever! This is my 4th purchase and every experience has been great. Jonathan Lucio was the best. He was professional and totally knew about all merchandise. I bought a used car from the Gene Messer used car lot less than 60 days ago. I had it in the shop for the fourth time today. It has had to have 3 repairs so far and I'm told I will need a new water pump soon. I called and requested the maintenance information on,my car and my salesperson has refused to provide me with any information. I was assured at the time of purchase that the vehicle was mechanically sound. EXTREMELY disappointed with the dealership.
I agree with Phyllis who Said Jonathan Lucio was a great salesman. It is to bad that the joys of buying a vehicle are turned to frustration and an unhappy experience as a result of dealing with the finance guy that makes u feel stupid and guilty for not buying all their insurance. The guy that just posted a similar story about buying GAP insurance, I feel for him. At any rate, I won't buy another car from this dealer. Something to be said for small town dealers who get you in and out with no hassle
