Great and friendly staff! The only thing I would recommend, if it is your first time getting your vehicle serviced @Gene Messer Chevrolet in Lubbock, is to ask lots of questions, also on the sales side of things we have bought our last three vehicles here and have been happy with that process every time, and all three times we have had the same rep and her name is Lisa Standke.

Took my truck in this morning for an oil change before a long trip. Scheduling my service was a breeze and when I arrived I was greeted and treated with the highest level of customer service anyone would expect! Having service done at Messer Chevrolet is always a pleasure!

Poor dealership seems to be more people complaining than good reviews. They wont compete with Oklahoma city or arlington texas. Manager or salesman were such liars one of them said the reason okc has cheap prices on their trucks was because of hail damage. So i decided to check arlington texas and low and behold their prices too were the same as okc. So i guess arlington texas had a hail storm as well. Great service. Prompt and courteous. The waiting area is superior to any dealership I have been in. I have not had major repair work but what repairs I have done there have been excellent.
Nice place. Great people in the parts and service department as well as sales
Had some initial problems that turned me away, but Management asked for another chance to prove themselves. Just completed the purchase, they now have my praise.
