I had a nail in my tire. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes of my calling them. They took care of my tire and went ahead and did my oil change as well. Their customer service is excellent! Plus, o got coffee and donuts!

The service adviser was very courteous but didn't follow through and gave me wrong information. I explained that I would be leaving town and needed the exact amount for the repair so that I could leave a check with my son who would pick the car up. Part arrived 3 days later and he told me that the car would be ready by 5 p.m. I told him to be sure to let me know if anything changed because we did not live in Lubbock. We bought a Ford Edge at Gene Messer Lubbock 5 weeks ago....had a few bumps in the road but Jonathan Lucio and his manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and we were happy. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days!
