Purchased used vehicle. Vehicle runs great. 3 stars are for my temporary plates expiring, and still haven't received my registration and plates after 2 months. I live in amarillo so I couldn't just pass by the dealership on any given day. Even after calling and asking about them, still doesn't seem like they're very worried in solving my problem. Hopefully finally they can fix my problem after the 3rd time I've called. Currently running with expired temporary plates, let's hope I don't get a ticket.
This is the go to for great customer service in the service department. I didn’t buy the truck from them, but always get treated like a long time customer. Respect and fast friendly service, what else do you need, thanks guys

I always take my vehicles here. They do great work and are very helpful and if there's any issues they try and fix it while making you happy and feel appreciated for using them for your business. I took my 2013 chevy in for some warranty repairs. So i wouldnt have to sit around the shuttle took me to the mall and were very courteous. My service rep Amanda Gonzales took care of my issues. I would recommend her for any repairs at Gene Messer Chevorlet.
