Two thousand dollars worth of useless repairs. I was told the issue was fixed and when I called back to tell them the car was still dying, I was told that they could never diagnose my car's problem so instead they looked for anything at all wrong in my engine to make money off of me. Never get your vehicle repaired by any Gene Messer dealership. They are a complete ripoff!! Recommended a High Millage 100,000 Mile Tune Up to my college student that was completely unnecessary and previously done less than 17,000 miles ago, just because Mom was paying for it. They claim he authorized it and refused to call me. I had to call in twice to find out what they wanted to do and wasn't told until they claimed it was already complete and I have to pay for it or they won't release his car. $2500 in recommended repair... read more
