Over charged – It was a Saturday and my husband was just home from the hospital so we were a bit stressed. My hot water tank died. They came out and installed a new one but also told me I needed a new electrical cable installed. Altogether, the charges came to almost $2000! IThe next week, I called other contractors and found out how over charged I was. Gene Love agreed to refund me part of it but only about $300.

A delight to have in my home – I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that it was indeed a delight to have such a nice and polite person in my home. He was extremely careful in removing the damaged [toilet] bowl and bringing the new one into my home. After he made the repairs, he took the time and effort to clean up and make sure he left everything as he found it. Thank you for sending him to do the repairs.

The technician was great – I called your company to request service on an electrical panel…Within 2 hours your technician was on the job…He was neat and clean, placed covers over his shoes, worked quickly and showed me what was causing the problem and what he was going to do to resolve it.

Exceptional Service – Prompt, efficient, friendly and explained ALL options available. Jacob Harding was the nicest guy that if we ever do call again he is absolutely the guy we want coming. He explains everything in a friendly way that just makes it seem like old friends doing a favor for a buddy.

Workers were prompt – The workers were prompt - they were there when they said they would be. They did a quick job with our strangely built house.
