I can't say enough how amazing Shawn and his entire team have been to work with! They were able to get us closed faster than I could ever imagine and were there for every step of the process. Shawn Richard and his team were amazing to work with. They were in constant contact with us each and every step of the way. Being self employed, obtaining a mortgage refinance can be quite difficult but Shawn and his team made it incredibly simple to work through, they were very informative and worked diligently to make the process successful. As a first time home buyer, a lot of things are unclear for me but I got good help from Shawn about my questions. The whole process is pretty fine except a few little things that required to clarify with other parties such as some documentation provided by Title company. Overall, I really appreciate his service on my loan process.
