Shawn and his team did a wonderful job. I am (was) a first time home buyer and knew nothing about the process. Shawn answered every question and in a timely manner. He even took the time to answer questions while on vacation with the birth of his second child! His entire team is efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and most of all, available. I am so happy I choose Shawn. He came highly recommend by family and did not disappoint. You owe it to yourself to give him a try.

As a 1st time homebuyer, I was nervous and had lots of questions about almost everything. I was impressed with the level of service I received from the initial call to Gateway. Shawn was fantastic during the whole loan process. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Shawn coached us and made us feel comfortable for the entirety of the process. If we couldn't make a designated phone meeting, he was more than willing to talk to us during odd hours of the morning and night. He went above and beyond any expectation we had for our loan originator, especially when it came to customer service and comfortability. We would recommend Shawn to anyone, thank you Shawn.

Shawn and his team made sure we did what needed to be done to get our mortgage completed in a short time frame. They were able to do what we are sure other mortgage companies might not have been able to do. Shawn also went the extra mile and was there at closing with us!

Working with Shawn and his team was way too easy. They are all in the loop and take you through the process every step of the way. They sent us very informative videos along the way to explain the loan process as we went from one step to the next. They make it personable and make you feel important and taken care of.
