Shawn and his team were very extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Shawn did a great job explaining our options and guiding us through the initial pre approval process. Shawn and Tierenie worked with us all the way through the process. They made sure we were well informed and provided timely answers to our questions. I am very pleased with my decision to use Gateway and I would highly recommend Shawn and his team at Gateway Mortgage.
They were professional and responsive and patient every step of the way. Tierenie and Shawn were excellent! We would use them again. They even completed all necessary steps to allow us to close early!

Seeing my folks go in issues was always a delay for me to get a new house. On the process meeting new mortgage memeber , I came across Shawn and liked his follow up and always ready to answer my question, even making time on weekends . I never new buying house would be so easy and quick , the house was closed on time .
