Being 1st time homebuyers, we didn’t really know what to expect when purchasing our home. Shawn was AMAZING at explaining absolutely everything about the home buying process. The whole process took less than 30 days and Shawn was in contact daily & available at ANY TIME if we needed him. We were referred to Shawn through our realtor and we’re so thankful! We contacted Shawn initially in late 2015 for questions. He answered the questions in a fast manner and was patience with us the whole time. We never felt pressured. It took us a while to be ready for a house. It was not until the end 2017 when we decided on a house. We had done must of the leg work up front so the process was a lot faster when it came to closing. It all went smoother than expected. We recently closed and it feels great!
