Shawn and his wonderful team helped us get into our new home in record time and walked us through the entire mortgage process in a way that we could understand. Once we were in contract, we closed on the house in 19 days… during CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS! There were a couple hiccups but he diligently worked to make sure everything worked out. He is informative and honest. I would recommend him to anyone in search of a lender.

My last mortgage experience was a hassle, with a new request for paperwork every few days. But working with Shawn and his team made this process so easy. I felt like I barely did anything - just kicked back and relaxed while he did whatever he does behind the scenes to get everything squared away. He was also very attentive, sending me updates on the process with fun little videos and calling the check and see if I'd come up with any questions (which I somehow managed to do every time). I will not use anybody else other than Shawn Richard to do any of my texas mortgage ever again. I never had to question where I was at in the process and his team used the latest technology and everybody was on point and took great care with me.
