Shawn Richard is awesome at what he does very helpful and patient. Knows how to break stuff down to where one is able to understand. Overall he is geart to work with on a huge procces like this he will move mountains to try and make sure everything is on point. He will not let you down!!!

My experience working with Shawn was excellent. His knowledge and expertise are at the highest level. What impressed me the most was how he set expectations and followed through on them. Never once was I promised something that wasn't done exactly as he said it would be. Even when there were little hiccups, he told me what to expect and he went to bat for us. Shawn is Awesome! He is very attentive and was engage throughout the mortgage process. He answered many calls after 5:30PM and always had answers to my questions. I was not expecting to get the level of service that Shawn provided us, because we met him at an open house and we're wavering between when to and when to sell. I had been working with 3 other companies before Shawn making it happen!! The other 3 companies wasted 7 months of my time and life to tell me they couldn't make the loan happen. So I tried one last time with Gateway and Shawn Richard! He not only got us the loan he did in almost no time at all! Great communication, very knowledgeable about all questions I had!
