Words can't begin to express my thanks and appreciation for Shawn's help to secure my mortgage for my new home in the Denton, Tx. area. Shawn was great to work with. He was very informative and helped us through the entire process from giving advise on how to increase our credit score so we could get a better rate to closing. He was actually more informative than our realtor for most things. He went above and beyond to ensure we closed on time.

Excellent experience ! Highly recommended !Mr. Richard knows his job well and gives quick and direct answers to questions, and explains clearly the process and what is the next step. He keeps in touch and if you contact him he will answer immediately most times, but if not immediately very soon. He is always polite and helpful.

I contracted several mortgage companies. Shawn was the first to respond.After I provided all required pre-qual information and had an approval letter almost immediately.Shawn and his team completed my loan and we closed 18 days after my offer was accepted from the seller. Keep in mind this included weekends, so it was 14 weekdays days total. That was fast!It was the easiest and best experience one could hope for.I am grateful for Shawn and his expertise and his solid team of professionals.
