We recently moved to Dallas from Washington and had the pleasure of working with Shawn and his team at gateway mortgage group. Shawn kept us well informed and made the entire process go as smooth as possible. My family and I appreciate his professionalism and communication during the entire process. Shawn gets right down to business so as not to waste time and lose out on a good rate. He's extremely professional and takes the time to explain all the options available - both pros and cons of each. While the uploading of all the documents is a bit time consuming, in the end, it results in a faster process. There are no surprises when working with Shawn. I'll be recommending him to others.
