Not helpful, not friendly. Tour director was horrible. No attention paid to American with Disabilities Act. Prefer that slow walkers or people with canes not take this trip.
I think they did a very good job! We booked our trip to Ireland through them and it was flawless, every hotel was very nice and the itinerary was perfect. I would use them again.

My 5th Gate1 tour. Just returned from a fabulous 13-day Namibia tour. Fabulous hotels, food, animals and scenery. Exceptionally knowledge guides.
We had a fantastic time on our 25th anniversary trip to Venice, Florence & Rome Italy. The arrangements were very smooth and organized, the places we visited were top notch. I can't say enough good things about our wonderful guide Francesca. I know we saved money & time using gate 1 and we saw much more than we would have on our own. Especially loved the wonderful touches like Dinner at a Tuscan Farm.
My family and I just returned from a 10 Day Independent trip to Venice, Florence and Rome. We had a wonderful time and all the arrangements made by Gate 1 Travel went smoothly (air, train and accommodations). All the hotels we stayed in were within walking distance of the train stations and the staff at the hotels were all very helpful and friendly. Had a great experience with Gate 1! Our hotel in Madrid and Barcelona are so close to public transportations which is one of the essentials whenever we travel. Both hotels are just awesome! Breakfast was included in each of the hotels where we stayed which was the greatest thing! In general, we thought that our vacation package was well thought of, with the primary aim that the traveler will have the utmost convenience and we certainly are very happy customers!Thanks, Gate 1!This will be our first of many with you
We had a great time seeing, doing, experiencing so much. A lot of walking but we'll worth it to see all that we saw. Romantic Italy tour starts in Como ending in Amalfi . Johnnie our tour manager was great fun and very informative
Just returned from an outstanding trip for me and my wife. It was our 1st trip with Gate1. We took the 21 day tour to Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar, and Morocco. I found Gate 1 to be very organized at every stop along the way - not easy to do with 30 plus people on the tour. They provided many things to see and do, and their optional excursions were also worth it and offered value. In Portugal, our tour guide (Americo Da Costa) and driver (Mario) were excellent.
