cant put a zero or i would. after this company promised to help with a different travel date, they of course reneged......so far this company sucks. we will go on our trip but we wanted a change cuz my mom had a stroke. i realize now u dont care and hopefully with karma, u wil have someone suffer in ur family too
If I could give 0 zeros I would. I have been waiting for a month for my refund. Every time I call I am told it will come next week. I have ran out of next weeks!! Where is my money? Better Business Bureau will be contacted.

Just want to post a review of my first trip with Gate 1 Travel. Just went to Ireland on the Classic Ireland tour. It was a great experience all around. Exceptionally, I want to mention the excellent service by your staff: our guide was Alacoque who is remarkable; she provided lots of information, at times historical, cultural and personal; she did this with a great sense of humor. This was a trip of a lifetime. Our guide Reiner was the best! Very proud of his country and heritage. Made us all feel like family. Will always have these wonderful memories.
Just finished the 8 days classic Ecuador & Amazon adventure. Just loving it! Very well organized tour from the beginning to the end! All the booking procedure is easy! Hotels are good! Foods are lovely! Highly recommend the tour manager Marco! He is such an excellent tour manager! Almost everyday, he will show us some local culture, food, drinks and fruits! The driver, Italo is such a wonderful driver! Bravo trip! Exceed my expectations totally!
I arrived home last night form a 15 day tour of Portugal and Spain, with side trips to Gilbralter and Morocco. I must say that this was a lovely inclusive tour with a FANTASTIC tour guide, Ercilia Alfonso. Ercilia made our health and safety a priority along with high priority for providing information and scenic areas of interest. She always answered questions with a pleasant tone of voice and a smile on her face.
