Absolute worse tour company I have ever dealt with from start to finish. No customer service, no attention to detail and extremely poor quality. I would never ever recommend. There are many good tour companies with comparable prices that are much easier to work with and have superior quality.
My son treated me to a magical trip to Italy. The hotel was gorgeous and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were attentive and helpful whenever we needed them. Montecatini was a wonderful central location for taking day trips from, and a charming town in itself. We certainly will be booking again through Gate 1.
Life-changing! I went on the India Golden triangle tour and I cannot tell you how amazing the trip was and how well cared for we were! Manu was our guide and he was very informative and fun. I went December 1, 2016 and returned December 9, 2016. I am so glad I went with gate one. India is overwhelming and wonderful and I would not have wanted to navigate on my first trip without gate one and specifically without Manu!!!
This is my second trip with Gate 1. The first one was to Turkey and I loved it. Still remember the guide's name Shenol (this was in 2010). This time I went to Italy for their 9 day Venice, Florence and Rome trip. It was partially guided, and partially independent travel. It was perfect for me and my boyfriend. I loved our guide in Venice, Aryanna. Cindy was our guide in Florence and she was just as wonderful. But my favorite guide was Gabriella in Rome! What a story teller! In July, my spouse and I took the 12 day Danube cruise from Budapest to Regensburg with three days in Prague for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our experience with Gate 1. My husband and I traveled with Gate1 to Moroco in November 2016 this was our 1st tour and it was wonderful.Gate 1 forever will be my tour company.Everything was well organized and the staff was awesome.Thank you Gate1 for the great experience.
This must be the worst company to communicate with they are arrogant,my emails to the CEO are ignored.They did not advise the tour manager of a change to our travel plans. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY WITH GREAT CAUTION
We just returned from Our trip to Thailand, Laos and Cambodia with Gate 1. This 18 day Adventure was nothing short of Amazing. Seeing the Historical places, being immersed in the Cultures, was an exciting experience. Our Guide, Lift, was such a breath of fresh air.
