I would like to share with you the wonderful experience I had last Monday, when I went to this car dealership with two very good friends of mine. One of my friends was looking for an SUV that would have all the bells and whistles, or as they say in this field, a “Fully Loaded” SUV. If you want to buy a used vehicle with lots of problems, they are one dealership for you! They sold me a used, high-end SUV that was loaded with rust. They claimed to not know anything about this, but said they did a full inspection of the vehicle prior to putting for sale. How would they have not seen the rust?? Several months later, after investigating the issues, I found out they had had the vehicle for over 8 months on the lot. NEVER use this dealership, I was in Florida, From Oklahoma, with my family pulling a large 5th wheel RV when the rear differential went out in my 2011 GMC truck. I took it to Gainsville GMC to be checked out. I let them know that I was from out of town and my time frame so that hopefully they could get my truck fixed so I could get my trailer and everyone home. They told me they could and it would be $3800. Then 5 days later when they started the work it went up to $4300.I knew I was being taken advantage of but at that time... read more

Me and my husband went in last Friday to get his truck service. Andrew, was our service rep. After telling Andrew NO 4 times about a services that HE recommend he became rude and short with his. A few days ago I did a survey and I explained myself in the surevey. I received a phone call on Tuesday morning asking about my survey. I bought my vehicle from this dealership last May. From the beginning the sales associate didn't bring us the vehicle I had come there to see. After we signed the papers (normally, I asked for the carfax and it came back clean) we had to get going because we live 2 hours away and wife was pregnant at the time. After we arrive home the next morning I noticed that the antenna is missing, the mirror had specks of spray paint, and the molding on the passenger door is coming off. I called 3 separate times asking for a manager to give me a call back because we had received an odd voice mail from someone who wasn’t our salesman nor was he our finance guy. He only gave his “personal” number to call. Two days, 3 calls later and still no manager call back. Poor customer service.
