I recently got a oil change done here. All was well, everything was okay. I paid for the oil change and fluids to be filled. Instead of filling my washer fluid with what it’s supposed to, it was filled with WATER. I called and was just told “well if you drive back here we can fill it over”. I shouldn’t have to even drive back. It should’ve never been filled with water in the first place. Pure laziness.

My husband and I drove 2 hrs from Tallahassee to Gainesville for a car that we had already been approved for/ credit run for/ hearts set on. Just to find out that they were in the process of selling that same car to another couple. Even though we were already committed to the car and had obtained financing before them!. I had a very good car buying experience. I found the car I wanted online and asked if the dealership would do a long distance deal. We worked everything out over the phone including finance in a day. I drove up the next and to take delivery. My financing fell through last minute and the Finance and Insurance office was able to get me a very similar deal in minutes. Smooth process, very nice staff. I would definitely buy from them again!

Friendly staff and great customer service
So far my experience has been great! Very helpful and friendly sales team,and the finance and numbers guys make the magic happen! Just took home my 2012 Hyundai Sonata last night.
