Ask for Richard Devereaux, he was incredibly patient and thorough every step of the way. He had the answer to every question I could think of, and if he didn’t, he found an answer immediately. For a process that can seem so difficult, he took the stress and anxiety factor out of the equation. Not only am I satisfied, but I won’t be recommending anyone looking for a vehicle to go anywhere or talk to anyone else. Grade A+ professionalism.

SERVICE DEPT IS A JOKE! Not helpful at all, will not return calls, you have to continuously call them to get any answers. Sales is great and helpful but just pray nothing goes wrong with a vehicle purchased from them because they won’t help you at all! VERY UNSATISFIED AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN!

Easiest car buying experience ever. Kevin Benson was awesome! Listened to what I wanted, did all the leg work the day before, and I literally did a “sign and drive” the next morning. Total time spent buying a new car...maybe 2 hours. He went out of his way and above and beyond to make it easy, I’m even in a different city! Even that finance guys and management team were great. What we decided before I event got there was what I signed, no back and forth or haggling.

After my car starting having some transmission problems I brought it in to service. I would personally like to thank Dan at the service Department! He went above and beyond for me. He is very informative and helpful. Thank you Buick GMC and especially to Dan Wernecke!

The Customer Service is exemplary at this dealership. Staff is knowledgeable, polite, courteous, friendly, approachable. Building is always clean, free coffee, wait times are not extremely long from my experience. I always recommend Gainesville Buick GMC
