Have bought our last three vehicles from Gainesville Buick GMC. The experience from finding the vehicle you want ,to purchasing it was simple and no pressure. Our salesman, Jordan Berresford, was super. He worked hard on getting us in the vehicle we wanted at a great price. Jordan stayed with us through the whole process making sure our needs were met. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Took my corvette to get the transmission looked at, get my glove box fixed and a headlight recall. Dealer stated no transmission issue, but engine needed a tune up. The tune up consisted of spark plugs, spark plug wires and flush injectors and charged me $941. Picked my vehicle up after the service a week later. Once getting my car back noticed they left trash in my passenger seat, Didn't reprogram my driver door window, my glove box had not been fixed, and a 2 inch chip in my paint that wasn't the... read more

Great experience with the best ever salesman Pierce. You won’t be disappointed if you go see him. He makes sure you taken care of. Very polite, helpful and cares about his customers. He follows up after a sale to make sure everything is going OK.

The service department is a joke. I was told by another swevice cwnter I need upper and lower ball joints, control arm and bushings. I decided to take it to the delearship thinking they would service my vehicle better since it is a late mode GMC. They told me I didn't need bushings but they quoted prices for everything they found, so I let them "fix" my vehicle. I kept hearin the same noise that I originally heard, took it back and they had to dix it due to a manufacturer defect. I had to take my car back a total of 5 times ... read more

On January 31, 2018 our 88 year old retired veteran father bought a 2016 GMC Acadia from this dealership. First they quoted him a price that was $5000 over the website advertised price. When he asked about the difference they told him they 'forgot' the price. He is now home in Ohio and cannot get plates for the car because there is not a title for the car. A helpful woman at our local county DMV has arranged for 45 day plates until the dealership can locate the title. The problem is, the dealership is doing nothing to find t... read more

If I could leave a 0 I would! The worst dealership ever. After spending $907 on having my car repaired (since I broke down in Gainesville). I live in another county. The mechanic improperly repaired my car and 2 days later after everything he did almost kill me on my way to work. I had to have it towed to another dealership to have them fix the same issue their mechanic couldn't do. They didn't want to give me a rental. They paid for the repairs at the other dealership.
