I usually don't leave a review unless it's really bad or really good. In this case it was an excellent experience. Korey Hines is a great sales person to work with. I told him what I wanted and he delivered in a clear and professional manner. If your looking for a vehicle go see him.He will do his best to hook you up.

No communication, last minute rushes for information they should have asked for the first time, and a very rude finance office. I will never recommend this place.

I drive a 2004 Buick Rendezvous and the gear shift cable snapped in my car on Thursday. We (my mom and I) brought the car down to Buick to get it repaired. The guys at the shop said it would be ready for pick up around 7:30 on Friday morning and they'd call as soon as it was done. Unfortunately by midday on Friday we hadn't heard from them so my mom called and asked the status. They told us they were about to start on it and they'd call once it was done. Had the deal done prior even walking on the parking lot, which is how I like it since it can be a 3-4 hour process. I received the highest trade in value out of four other places, and the deal I got on the vehicle was the best I saw in a 200 mile radius(which was as far I wanted to go). I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! And not to mention a free 15 year 150,000 mile warranty is huge!
