I had a 10 a.m. appointment for an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was ONLY getting an oil change -- no additional work -- so I figured it would not take long. Unfortunately, my car was not done until 12:30 p.m. -- 2.5 hours later. I have never experienced an oil change taking this long. I did complain at the dealership which is probably the only reason it didn't take longer. I was not impressed at all with this experience. There were two employees there that were amazing. Adam and his friend Matt they were very nice and personable but the people above them are liars and rude. To top off them being rude I was ignored by 4 people when I tried to get my original paper work back because they didn't give it back. I sat there for 30 min waiting and they couldn't find the originals so they gave me the copies...... Great service right...... Spoke with the GM Chris Shackelford about a vehicle that was advertised for 19,995. Filled a complaint originally with BBB and he stated that he would honor the advertised price. My husband drove all the way to Gainesville to purchase the truck only to be treated poorly but him and his sales guy Holden. I knew it was a scam and a farce. I Cornelua Frazier, am currently very upset with the Gainesville Buick dealership. I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Buick Enclave in November. A couple of weeks afterwards this very same side piece came off my car but I saw it before it flew away. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and they "glued" it back on. This past Wednesday I noticed the exact same piece that they "fixed" is completely gone (assuming it flew off somewhere). A bit overpriced but what car dealership isn't?? Long long waits for service! Waited almost 3hrs for a SIMPLE oil change but good customer service..lol
Service department is top notch. Gave my wife a brand new rental while they fixed a transmission issue. I will never go back to the Chevy dealership down the road where I bought both our trucks. Thanks Pat!
