the work was completed in a very timely manor and the estimate was wrong due to the face the tech was honest and didn't need all the parts witch saved me over $100.00 i found a go to shop the staff rock they were very professional. i will be back it is good to know shops like this still exist

I really want to make sure people know how they treat senior citizens. Not to mention my husband is a wounded veteran and disabled. They were downright rude to us. We live in another city and asked to complete this transaction via “overnight mail”. We have done such transactions without a hitch with other businesses. April 30, 2018 We have finally concluded a failed business transaction with one of the worst businesses we have ever dealt with. The people at Gainesville GMC/Buick are clearly from another species of human than the rest of us. They have no concept of the truth and so idea of ethical business practices. The litany of what I consider to be lies and the deceitful, duplicitous business practices is just never ending. Why someone has to play all these silly games is just baffling...Continue Reading

2014 GMC NO AC and No Assistance from GM. The condenser on the GMC is faulty and GMC's only solution is to charge a customer $1300 to replace the condenser. Recalls: - Transmission cooling - airbags - electronic steering - Seatbelt- still not repaired I called GM customer service 3/29 and they told me to deal with the service advisor at the dealer and connected me with this dealership . The GM customer service advised that it would take all day for the recalls and I would have to pay to diagnose the condenser issue. I advise... read more
