Spoke to Kevin over the phone several times and when I reached the dealership and test drove the car Kevin was very polite and helpful. No pressure sales and gave me a fair trade in amount for my car. This was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I have had. Thanks again Kevin. My GMC Acadia was having AC issues while I was traveling to Florida. I called while on the road to set up an appointment the next day. The customer service was excellent they quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. My experience with the service department was 5 stars.
