I generally love most of the products I get from Gaiam but i just bought a stability ball and it already has a hole in it. Very sad about the quality.

Hi Rita, so sorry to hear it got a hole so quickly. We have revised the material recently to make it thicker and strong but some of our retailers do have older stock. Please email us at customerservice@gaiam.com and we can assist with a replacement.

My whole office has ordered their balance ball chairs and everyone who comes in comments on them. After a month of us one of chair's bar snapped off at the nut/bolt connection and the ball seemed to deflate slowly. We emailed Gaiam and they shipped out a new ball and bar, no charge and no questions asked. Such great service!
I liked the roller ball chair when another friend had it - when I got it myself the chair had a scratch/burn something on it before it was even out of the box. I posted on the FB page (picture of the scratch included) hoping to get resolution - like a new undamaged part and received no response. I'm disappointed with their unresponsive customer service and the fact that I haven't put the chair together yet to use because I don't want to then have to take it apart if they need to me ship back the damaged piece. I am so annoyed about my subscription to Gaiam TV - I have been trying to cancel it for months and they just refuse to respond to my requests to cancel it - I have tried every way I can think of and no. - just stonewalled. So inauthentic and really ripping me off by making it so hard. Sandra

I emailed Gaiam asking if their company had a donation option as I was interested in doing a group teaching 6-8th grades meditation and mindful movement. The youth I work with are indigent and cannot afford mats. I did not hear from them but started my group anyway. Then boom...this week 20 beautiful mats arrived. My "kids" are thrilled and I am excited that they will have something to take with them to remember our 6 weeks of learning together. Thank you Gaiam!
