Nothing like buying a beginners yoga DVD just to get self spamming commercial after commercial all and 15 minutes into it easy STILL haven't even started to think about beginning yet. Total waste of time, money and expectations. I can't even contact them because I have a dot com email address ... pathetic really. Anyways, find another company that delivers ... this one doesn't.

I know nothing about yoga but (have) had a sciatic nerve KILLING ME:'(. I bought the Restore Total Body Foam Roller from Kohls. WOW!!
I bought the ball chair online. If you are from Canada. Not only is the ball almost $200 dollars with exchange. They charge you shipping....and then you get nailed with $50 duty. I called to ask how to return it and they said you have to pay return shipping. Misleading shipping costs.

It's so intersting all about yoga , i start doing yoga a few weeks ago , and i feel so well !!!
I've done power yoga with Ashley Turner for the past year and I love it, but it took up a lot of time to complete the session. I purchased Calorie Killer Yoga with Colleen Saidman a month ago. She has 5, 25 minute sessions on one DVD. I love love love it. If I'm short on time I do one session. If I have more time I do two sessions. There is always time for Yoga!
Gaiam has been my best mate mat for years!! 8 to be exact. Hehe. I personally have three, one that is always at home (my 5mm), one that is always in my car for adventures, & one that is always there for a friend to use! As a yoga instructor my mat goes wherever life takes me, so having a great quality mat is a biggy!! I have & will continue to recommend Gaiam to anyone looking to buy a mat that will be with them through it practice.(: Ohh & plus their really cute! Lol.
