My arches were achy, and I rubbed them across the Gaiam foot roller under my desk. It felt wonderful! I even rubbed them sideways for a deeper massage.

Received the balance chair for Christmas and it was missing parts. They promised to send them out right away. After I waited weeks for them to arrive, I was told the parts were back ordered until February 22. Today I wanted to be sure they were sent out. Now they tell me not until the end of March!

They lost my order and never called me to tell me. I've been trying to contact them by phone and email and there is no way to reach anyone that can be remotely helpful! They keep saying leave a message. I don't want to leave a message I want to talk to someone who can help me. I bought an item for Christmas on December 8th and it looks like we won't receive it in time for christmas even thought they claim it shipped on December 9th. I am in an Occupational Therapy Assistant Program, and we sit for very long hours for class time and then at home as well for studying. One of my classmates ordered the ball chair and it reduced her chronic back pain dramatically! I tested hers out and had instant relief in my lower back. I ordered mine today. I foresee you receiving a ton of orders from Texas very soon. =) It was also nice to see you guys are based in Colorado. Thats home sweet home for me.
