I paid to purchase Yoga Studio through the App Store many years ago. Now Gaiam have taken away access to content I have already paid for, and asked me to pay again to subscribe to access it! This flies in the face of Apple's own developer policy. I've emailed both Apple and Yoga Studio app to complain and request they reinstall my access to content I have already paid for. Appalling.
I have been using Yoga Studio and love what I have already paid for. You change to subscription model, this directly contravenes Apple's policy. Please restore my content, I don't want anything new or extra.
Why I have to pay again for using the app? I've already purchased once when downloading the older vesion. It's scam!
Your Yoga Studio app bait and switch has shown that you're only interested in money. Such a shame to have something you paid for, and enjoyed, taken away.
I'm very upset with how this company handled updating an app they have, forcing loyal customers to now have to pay extra to use something they've had already for years. I'm glad I read what updates are being implemented before I click the go ahead button. Disgraceful and I have told every person who I recommended your products to that they should not use anything from you and to never update or download your app.
I just want to say thank you for the amazing customer service today! I have had my dry grip mat for about a month and the decoration started to peel slightly. I sent an email yesterday asking if there was something I could do to prevent it from continuing. I was asked to send pictures. Within an hour of sending the pictures I received a reply that they would ship me a new mat! So refreshing to have such a good customer service experience!

Hi Jaimie, it's ok, it happens more often than not. I wish I had the ability to ship internationally and help out. So sorry it's been a hassle with them.
No replacement straws or other parts for the aluminum water bottles they sold through Target. Just a complete and total lack of customer service from Gaiam. I won't be purchasing another product from them since they obviously cannot and will not support the products they sell, and I will be informing everyone I know to avoid Gaiam's because of this. I also would urge everyone else reading this review to heed my warning, and not do business with this company as well.

Hi Jim, so sorry for any inconveniences but we don't keep replacements parts/pieces around for our water bottles. If it was lost or damaged on the clients end, we can offer a discount on re-purchasing the product. If it was purchased at a retail location like Target and is missing a piece upon purchase, you could take it back to that retail location for an exchange or reach out to us with proof of purchase for an exchange.
