Having been a long time supporter and promoter of this app I feel betrayed by the recent subscription that has been forced on customers who previously bought the app. Having now seen Apple's policies on this it's clear that this action is in breech. This company has very little integrity and their actions certainly call into question their ability to put good karma out into the world. Disgusting.

People affected by the blocking of the Yoga Studio App, please be aware that Apple has launched an investigation. Please lodge your complaints with Apple on getsupport Apple though the chat porthole to assist in the investigation. What you have done to users of the yoga studio app is unconscionable. May Karma find you and deliver swift justice.

To tell the truth, I have loved and used this app for a long time. I have recommended it, as a personal trainer, to my clients. No more. The bungling of your Yoga Studio update is nothing short of appalling. How dare you charge loyal customers a subscription fee for content they have already purchased? If you want to offer enhanced features for a fee, that's great. I probably would have given you my money, gladly. But the way you handled this? "Yoga Studio App" used to be THE best Yoga app ever. I bought it twice, bought the "add ons" and recommended it to everyone, who was interested in learning yoga. There was absolutely nothing I could complain about. It was perfect. Then Gaiam bought it and changed the existing app to a subscription-based business model, which would have been fine with me. meine ehemalige Lieblingsapp, die ich vielen meiner Studenten empfohlen habe, war das Yogastudio - leider ist meine Empfehlung aufgrund der unseriösen Geschäftspraktiken hinfällig.

The new update has now caused me to be locked out of the app I downloaded and paid for 3 or 4 years ago, I've lost access to the content, custom classes I made unless I agree to pay for a monthly or yearly subscription. There was no warning, no notice, nothing sent out letting users know this was happening if they updated the app. So I have to pay more money for something I already paid for because Gaiam bought the app. Real classy move Gaiam.
