Terrible customer service. You've revoked the rights of thousands of people's purchases with nary a warning, not one apology, and a copy and pasted response to your faithful customers. Your corporate greed is shameful.

Regarding your update to the YogaStudio app: Shame on you. I paid full price for the app, which I loved. I paid for all the additional Earth Day content. Now - you change to a subscription service - and block us all out of our original content unless we pay AGAIN. I refuse. And as a company that espouses such "Love light harmony namaste" woo-woo ... way to be ironic!
I am very upset about the way the yoga studio app rollout was handled. Very unprofessional - I do not want the upgrades - I just want the old app back that I already paid for. I would never give you subscription money - the way you handled this was so poor - whats to stop you from jacking the subscription fees - time to go elsewhere unless you rectify this.
I am very disappointed by your decision to force current users of the Yoga Studio App to a subscription based usage when they have already paid for the App in the past. it is unethical and in direct breach of Apple's platform policy. I have recommended this app to so many people and now I have reached out to every single one of them and warned them of your shady business practices.
Re: Yoga Studio App -From Apple Support guidelines: If you are changing your existing app to a subscription-based business model, you should not take away the primary functionality existing users have already paid for. For example, let customers who have already purchased a “full game unlock” continue to access the full game after you introduce a subscription model for new customers.
Actually, the saddest part is that I really love this app. It's one of the few that I have paid for, but now, without notice, my payment doesn't count and I have to 'subscribe' for a monthly fee even though I have already purchased it. Bad move. Greedy. If the app wasn't this awesome, I wouldn't care as much. I would still think that Gaiam are a bunch of money-grubbing stinky-heads though.
Bought Studio Yoga and Gaia changed what I purchased to a subscription model and stole my original purchase. Don't trust this company that only care about the money. Watch out for the bad Karma on this move.
