This company rips you off, steals your money, doesn’t care about you or any problems you have to deal with while associating with their company.
Gaiam does not answer their 2 phone numbers. I injured myself during the beginner class. It is not a good fit for me and the company will not refund the money. Very bad customer service as I tried to contact before the trial was over.
So disappointed. I received some of their products for Christmas this year. My yoga mat is so slippery it was not safe to use. I emailed the company for advice. Their response was short cold and made me feel as if they don’t care to have me as a customer. As a beginner I rely heavily on advice, which they gave none of. Good thing there’s tons of other yoga companies out there and I don’t have to settle for their lack of customer service.

Ordered some dumbbells because they were sold out everywhere in stores. My order was only partly fulfilled because some items sold out in the process of my order shipping. The company reached out to me and made it right! The rest of my order is back in stock and I should be receiving it soon. I appreciate the excellent customer service!

Bought the Pilates ball, blow it up and go to put the peg in and all the air comes put pretty much immediately. Wrote a message to get some assist since, they didn't reply for 10 days then their only advice was to over inflate the ball. I replied and their response was 'get someone to help you'. They clearly don't have any knowledge of their own products and don't care about their reputation or customer service whatsoever. This company was long beloved, but the last few years the quality of their yoga clothing, specifically the bootcut yoga pant, has gone from AAA to F. Lost customer.
