Wow... I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing my yoga mat made by Gaiam. I purchased a mat from a retailer a few months ago. The Mat is pretty but it is so slippery!!! It is actually scary to practice yoga on it!!!! It also moves all around the floor and I am embarrassed to use it in the Yoga studio I attend! I tried to call Gaiam since it is too late to return in the store, (they boast of all the other companies they represent through a recording)... . It is impossible to get through. Sometimes residues can be left behind from the manufacturing process so we always recommend before and after use - wipe the mat down with a 50-50 solution of water and vinegar to clean the surface. Super super slow order processing and shipping. Took 3 days for order to be sent after I paid, and I’m still waiting for it to get here and it’s been over a week �

Hello, so sorry for any inconveniences and confusion, however, we do state on our website it takes 2-3 business days to ship all orders. Then if you had selected Economy shipping upon checkout, it's advertised as taking 6-12 business days for the transit time. If you're able to provide me with your order, I can confirm everything was shipped timely.

What a dishonest and dispicable corporation. I bought an app and paid for it a year or two ago. At the time it was not a subscription. Now on mg new phone I've lost everything i paid for and rheae disgusting cheats are making me pay for a subscription. They are so dispicable. Don't buy from them. I will take all of my future business elsewhere.. I spent weeks contacting their support multiple times and they assured me it would be fixed in updates and aftee months it was for 1 day. I recently purchased the Gaiam Lavender Thumb & Wrist Wrap for my RA hand pain. There is no way to adjust the wrap to fit your hand. There is a small elastic piece that could have easily been constructed to adjust and fit any size hand. It is too big and does not even cover my thumb and does not wrap all the way around my wrist. It is no way snug or form fitting. There is no size mentioned on the packaging, leaving you to assume there is a way to adjust it to fit your hand. I am so very disappointed in this product. Really disappointed. Order three yoga balls to be used as an alternative seat within my classroom for select times during the school day. Within two months of having the yoga balls, two developed holes from the rubber wearing. Students had been so careful and respectful with them (never kneeling, bouncing, or poking with pencils).

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE. I bought two items and was surprised to find they were both incredibly cheap looking. Just poor quality. When I tried to return, I learned that it would cost more to send it via USPS or FedEx ground than what I even paid for this junk. I then waited 15 minutes on the phone for customer service to tell me that they do not issue return shipping labels to customers and that I cannot return to a store. I purchased a Gaiam water resistant towel. It works perfectly! I use it on my mat and I freshen up my skin with it, also. Nailed it! <3 Thinking about making a Gaiam tv purchase tomorrow. Excited!

Hi Sarah, so sorry for any inconveniences! Yes, I apologize the original color of mats you ordered was discontinued. That's why we only sent 7 instead of 10 as we didn't have 10 left in stock. We didn't doubt you as we issued the replacement order to get you the missing 3 mats. The address we entered IS correct, however it's a carrier issue. We use FedEx Smartpost which is a combination of FedEx transferring the package to USPS then USPS delivers to your address.
