We Love purchasing our parts at FT Thunder from Tammy Franz. She is one of the most knowledgeable parts employee that makes sure we have the proper part for both our bikes. She'll spend the time to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase before leaving her desk.
Tim Pearce gave me outstanding customer service! I went in to ask questions about grips and thanks to his advice, I ended up purchasing grips, a helmet, and new boots! My ride has never been more comfortable and I've never felt more in style.

I just picked up my bike today from Fort Thunder Harley Davidson Service Department. The people in there are absolutely wonderful! I took my bike four times to Forman Harley-Davidson in Stillwater and they could not fix my problem!!! I took it to Fort Thunder and they had no problems finding a solution! Wonderful service!
