I've been riding Harley Davidson's for over 42 years. I wanted you to know that Tim Pearce showed me sincere customer support and although being a old man with not a lot of money showed me the respect as if I were rich. Very few customer support men/women would have given me the time of day but he showed me everything I asked about. Thank you Mr. Pearce and when I am ready to trade in my 2010 Street Glide you will be the man I come and see.

Great dealership and the sales person Tim Pearce was a professional and great salesman. Any questions I had, he had the answers and was helpful in my choice of a new Harley.

Tim Pearce at Fort Thunder Harley Davidson is one heck of a good guy. He has always done me right when I go looking for parts info or just general advice on a line of scoots from Harley. It not easy to find a salesmen that Realy listens and looks out for the short guy. :-) most just want the fast sale.

I rode through the area recently and had a fine discussion with Tim Pierce about trading my scoot for a new Road Glide, but as fate would have it, I kept my girl. Very pleasant individual to talk to.

Recently had a need for what I thought would be some fairly obscure or non-stocked saddle bag latch parts. Spoke with Brandy in parts over the phone who did an excellent job of ensuring we were talking about the same items, even texted me a pic of the parts book to make sure. Sure enough, had the parts and laid them out for me. Great job Brandy!

Went in while on vacation to look at the neq 2018 RoadGlides. Tim Pearce gave me an excellent run down of the bike without the normal sales pressure at most dealerships. Very comfortable experience. Highly recommend that shop and will stop by when in the area again.
