Very disappointed in your service department. Last month a few guys and myself was traveling from Delaware to Cali, and my 2016 Roadglide had this pinging sound when I was at a idle. So I put in my navigation the closes dealer and I ended up there. I went waited in line and was waiting for someone to help me while I assume 5 other service people were just standing there not asking do I need help, so I spoke up and then one said oh you need help!! From walking in the door and being simply greeted (not sicked on) by everyone, through the lights, chrome and motorclothes to returning on bike night and being addressed by name, this place makes you feel like you're part of something bigger and not just a sale.
