Brandy is always helpful and friendly everytime i come over to parts. She is my go to person for parts and accessories.
Want to give a big thanks to the service manger Victoria, mechanic Frank, and also Joe And Mike. For helping me out and getting me off the road when I was stuck in downtown okc last week with a flat. They picked me and my bike up and did everything they could to get me back on the road that night! I wasn't charged a dime. Excellent customer service. A++++
I took my wife to bricktown for her bday this weekend and a buddy and his wife rode with us there. We decided to stop in to purchase some merchandise and meet the local people. This dealership has the most friendly and helpful people of any store we have ever visited. Two thumbs up!!

This weekend, my husband and I stopped in here just to look around. First off, the women who were working in the clothing area were so very helpful and friendly! Do not buy your bike or anything else here!!!!! I purchased my bike here a few months ago I have spent time and money making it unique to fit my personality, I brought my bike in for the one K service and the tech dented my tank which they took care of generously, and now a motor mount bolt has fallen out so I called and said to bring it up they could probably get it in before the weekend when I showed up they said they would not work on my bike because it was too custom and cost them money last time after 30-45 minutes of m... read more

Had a super friendly experience today working with Jesse and Casey today. Bought my first Harley Davidson today! Jesse made me feel pretty welcomed and part of a family automatically. Casey was super friendly in getting me what I wanted in the budget I gave him. Super great customer service and very friendly.
