I got my 2013 Fatboy 2 months ago---Mike Cannon talked with me for a month about the bike---answered all the questions I had and some that I hadn't even thought of! Brand new roadking and having issues with 6 gear jumping out and jumping back in, took it in. Blamed my hand grips. Sent me on my way, got tired of getting The run around. Took outside to an experienced 30+ years mechanic. Found my 6th gear wasn't completely finished from factory. Somehow an unfinished part was put into my 2017 brand new road king special from factory. Where is the quality control? Quality assurance? Customer service? Last HD I ever buy
Agreed to a trade in price, came in because they want to deal in person. Drove 2 hours to get there and they changed the trade in price by $4700. This is switch and bait at best. I called Harley Davidson world and got the better deal.

Took 15 SGS in on August 30th for 10K service under Ft. Thunder's VIP service program. What was supposed to be a 3-hour turnaround ended up taking 24 hours. PITA and waste of half a day for me, but I'll survive. The service tech, Josh, was a good guy and remorseful. The cover for the clutch master cylinder had been peeling paint for about six months, so I pointed it out and asked for it to be replaced under warranty.
