Tim Pearce such a great young man and fantastic customer service.
Great Parts department, very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a used Indian Spirit from Fort Thunder several years ago and even though they don't carry parts for this bike specifically John Griego always goes out of his way to do research on what parts I can use and where I can get them. Helping people out that don't even own a bike you typically service really shows a high level of care for their customers!
Tim Pearce has to be one of the most implacable salesman I have ran across. His knowlage of the product line is amazing.
It's a nice dealership and very welcome. Mike is such a great guy, willing to help and be patient with me and my friend. Enjoy spending time there.

FT thunder was a great experience and the saleesman Mike Cannon helped me learn about the new models that just camed out.
I went to look for the perfect gift for my dad and I was helped by Brandy she was so sweet and asked me what I was looking for I told her I wasn’t exactly sure so she showed me a few ideas, turns out what i ended up getting my dad was something that he has wanted for a long time and he wouldn’t bring himself to buy it! Thanks so much, I definitely will be back and will make sure I look for her!
