We have been going to bike night at Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson registering every time to win the motorcycle and we get a phone message today saying they have very exciting news for us please come by or call the only way they could have got the number to call was off the registration card that went into the hopper. Well evidently they take the cards back out of the hopper and do what they please with them maybe throw them away maybe copy the phone numbers off of them calling leaving messages like we have very exciting news ... read more
Everyone was wonderful at this Harley dealership ! Our Salesman Derek Sancho was very knowledgeable and Casey our finance director was great at helping us get our first Harley together. Also, Quinn in the Harley Accessories department was very helpful in getting us into the proper protective gear and clothing. Super dealership and we highly recommend it. Well, after years and years of spending money with this dealership, I will no longer be spending a penny there. I own a 2003 Heritage. Fort thunder has done most of the service for me and I've always bought ALL of my parts , tires, clothing , boots , hats and accessories from them. Not to mention two new bikes Apparently they have a new manager that has decided that they will no longer be doing any service work for bikes that are 10 years or older . NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. Everyone there starting with Mike Cannon to the end were great. Made both my wife and myself very welcome and would absolutely drive back to buy another bike. Thanks again having a lot of fun on my bike.
