Tammy was there when I bought my new 2016 freewheel. She helped me customize my trike. she has helped me in every step of the way, she even answers my questions on off hours. John Greigo was my sales guy, when Tammy isn't in parts, I go directly to John. He was so helpful, even after he left sales. If every sales staff was this helpful, your store would be top in the nation .
