Tammy Franz is that parts person that you will wait for to have her help you. You know she will be alert to your wishes and she wants you to get back on the road asap. A real biker person as well as a good Ft. Thunder associate.

I just want to give a shout out to Brandi Arnold in the parts department. I always go to her for my accessories. She gets exactly what I want even if it means getting it from another dealership across the country. So, go see Brandi. She'll take care of you.
So, I have been to dealerships and purchased parts all over the US. Fort Thunder is one of the closer dealerships to my home. I bought my first aftermarket part Brandi Arnold a few months ago. She was diligent in looking for what I wanted, and followed up as the arrival of my part came it. I never had to contact her regarding progress. Because of this. I have requested her help for every part there after, and will continue to do so. If you need something for your bike, She’s there to help.

Tammy is always very cheerful and helpful. She has been my main go-to person for the last 12 1/2 years and has proven to always be dependable as well as resourceful when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend her to anyone who is a prospective new customer.
Man, the parts and accessories department are so helpful especially Tammy Franz. She is so helpful and experienced in all facets of sales. Her suggestions when purchasing parts and accessories speaks loads about how devoted she is to making sure you get the right stuff in hand. I always look forward to my hug from her before I leave the store in appreciation for the service rendered. Promote!!
Any time I go in for parts Tammy is always so helpful. I usually don't know what I'm asking for, but Tammy is always so patient with me. And, she knows exactly what I need.
