I called Frontier to cancel my internet service last June since I was moving 3 hours away. Talked to a service rep named Linda who closed my account & eventually talked me into leaving the router behind for whoever would be buying the house since there was no other internet providers for that residence. I went on their chat service to try to resolve an issue with my wifi extender not working. I moved it to a new room and needed a technician to configure it properly. I got transferred 6 times, asked the same questions repeatedly, then the last guy, Anthony J***, completely ghosted me. He even had the "typing" indicator on for 20 minutes. I exited the chat frustrated after waiting 40 minutes. The whole conversation should've been 15 minutes, instead I was there for an hour and a half and it wasn't ever resolved. Not sure which Frontier is which. Frontier didn't communicate billing before ending service permanently for my vacation home account. Frontier constantly ran charges while not providing service for months. Frontier service was constantly not working. They do not offer assistance over the weekend. They do not credit accounts when they cause long term outages. They shut off service immediately without warning or billing to customers.

Worst customer service and tech support ever! Service been out for two weeks keep telling me they sending tech out but never comes tried getting it disconnected by phone and the website no no avail

I was sold this service by a rep that came to the house after Frontier laid cable in my neighborhood. I signed a contract for $35.80/ month. The first bill was posted for $130.00/ month. After calling 9 times and being on hold for total of 4 hours I finally got a man to talk to me in the cancellation department. He refused to cancel. I had service active for 6 days. He would only reduce my first bill to$36.00 and then $79.00 / month after. I am a retired grandmother raising 2 grandkids alone and told him I could not pay more... read more

They promised to lower my rates to $49.99 a month. They raised rates to 69 .99. They won't let me cancel my subscription. I waited over an hour on the phone and they told me to call back later.

I ordered ñew service when the man come he said we don't service this area çant help you mam. Só í called for my $110 deposit to be refunded back to my card. I got a check today for 12çent today iñ the mail. Só they just take people's money for no good reason. And they just give me the run around

I called Frontier to tell them there were 4 or 5 trees hanging in their phone lines within a mile and a half of each other near my house. I was asked by Frontier if the lines were torn down, I said "no, not yet". They told me to call them back when the lines are down. "Call you back on my cell phone, because the lines will be broken and the phone/internet will not work". Also, had my phone line hit by lightning, called Frontier on my cell phone to tell them the "boot" on the pole was damaged. The Frontier rep wanted to know ... read more

Took several appointments to get installed. They said they had no record of the appointment changes even though it took over an hour to get the appointment changed, then they miss5the appointment. Even though they wasted 2 of my vacation days they wouldn't credit the install fee. They only gave a $50 credit
