Frontier communication, how many other Americans do you continue to scam and charge even after we have cancelled our account? This is is the worst company every. I cancelled my account a few months ago. I paid the final bill, returned the equipment and paid the “restocking fee” I recently received a return label for an item I already returned. I just noticed my account has another bill coming thru next month for a service I no longer have. I keep calling customer service and they keep telling me to ignore these notifications... read more

I started a full review with full detail, however half way through, me review was deleted. FRONTIER COMMUNICATION IS BY FAR THE MOST ABUSIVE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. They ruined my credit score due to an error they made. They aldmit it was their error, but will not move ahead to fix it. Customer service people are completely inept, inefficient, and unbelievably rude. Horrible service and Company! Will probably be out of business soon! They only supply internet, not cable tv! I wanted to sign up for ******* TV through them, but could never download or activate the streaming service, so I couldn’t get TV through them! I cancelled the following day once I had ******** restored-which they disconnected even though I did not cancel ********! Frontier was unable to get me up and running for 7 days they tried. I finally said this is not working for me and decided to cancel the request. I was never in a contract with this company. I paid $50.00 in advance, when I cancelled my $50 was not refunded and then they had the nerves to place a collection fee of $60.00 on my credit report. I called over 5 times to get this issue resolved with no assistance. I had to pay the $60.00 so that it could be removed from my credit report. This company is the worst. Their referral program is a scam! They don't tell you anything about it when you are getting everything set up and then when you find out down the line on your own they won't honor anyone who you referred to them. What a joke! And customer service is absolutely awful. I will be sure to let EVERYONE know to NOT get their service.

They put a sign on my road saying service was available. I called. Took 8 hours for the guy to install. Didn’t work. Spent time dealing with support because I really wanted high speed internet my account was on auto pay. When I finally cancelled they say I owe $110 in service and $119 equipment. They never sent the box to return. This has been going on 2 years. My perfect credit score is now 563. I have called collections (5 times) and they won’t assist. After years of having frontier with tone of billing issues and terrible service i decided to cancel. They are telling me that i have to pay a redtocking fee of $50 to cancel my service. I dont ever remember seeing that in the agreement i signed years ago. Terrible company to do business with.

A complete joke. I don't have their service. They installed a telephone pole on my property that went through my sewer line and now are refusing to fix. I have contacted my lawyer.
